If you are a commercial customer intending to purchase we would be delighted to provide you an account on application. Please email us requesting an application and one of our Sales Team will be in contact to discuss trading terms and minimum orders.

How do I set up an account with JS Hayes?

To set up an account, please use the register tab at the top of the website, this will then allow you to: Enter your account details such as company name, your name, address, phone number, usernames etc.

Can I order without an account?

Yes, simply add items and process your order at the shopping cart checkout. You don't need to be a commercial customer to purchase products and process an order.

How long does it take for a delivery to be made?

From the time you place the order to the time of delivery it normally takes 2 days in metropolitan NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA and 2-7 days for regional areas across Australia. If you have chosen to pay by Direct Deposit your goods will be dispatched after funds are cleared.

Is GST included in your pricing?

Yes for customers who purchase without registering an account with us.

What do I do if the goods are faulty on delivery?

If products are faulty, please contact us with your details and the issue. Please provide photos if possible. We will contact you to discuss alternatives.

Can I increase or decrease my order once it has been processed?

Once your order has been processed at checkout you cannot increase or decrease the order via the website. Please phone us directly during business hours on (02) 9457 6944 or email us to assist you.

Can I receive a refund if I order the wrong product?

Due to our automated pick, pack and dispatch process we cannot offer refunds if you choose the wrong product. Please call us on our respective state sales office phone number prior to order if you are unsure of what product will suit you best or email us and ask one of our team members.

Do I need to accept the goods on arrival?

We prefer that you or your nominated contact person are there to accept the goods and we can also leave them without a signature if you prefer. When you fill out your delivery details at checkout, please leave detailed instructions for our drivers. We do not accept liability for goods that may go missing or are affected by weather if you are not on site to receive the goods. In the event we use a courier service we are guided by their experience regarding safe and uninterrupted access for your delivery. In the event goods cannot be delivered due to site access problems a $15.00 re-delivery charge per box of goods will apply.

I would like to return an item?

Freight and Delivery Costs are non-refundable. Exchanges will be accepted via freight, in person or Australia Post at the expense of the customer subject to the condition of the returned goods.

Do you charge for freight?

We deliver to many regions throughout Australia and we may require to engage an alternate courier company for your order. This may result in additional charges for delivery & handling and we will contact you prior to dispatch to inform you of any additional charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Cheque and Direct deposit.
